My wife and I worked with Christina in the Summer of 2026 for a home acquisition. She was a strong referral from family members who had recently worked with her on an income property acquisition. We worked with her for quite a long home search (our second) during a changing real estate market that changed quite a bit over the course (increasing mortgage rates, uncertainty of the Iran war and more). She was very patient and also an excellent advisor during the entire process. Here are just 2 examples where she really brought unique perspective and expertise: 1) advised on a very new zoning change (SB79) that was passed a few weeks prior. It meant high density development would impact a neighborhood we were originally targeting near Hayden Tract. The change meant the character of the neighborhood would change dramatically. We decided to reprioritize our target neighborhoods. Christina's relationship with professional developers led to this timely advice. 2) she got to know our preferences and was not afraid to tell us when a deal was not aligned to our criteria. This was helpful at times when we got frustrated or tired of our (Very) long home search and considered compromising on our criteria. Dontcher was able to iron out many kinks during escrow like loan contingency extension, warranty repairs etc. just because he is always in great communication with the sellers. Christina and Dontcher are extraordinary. The amount of support they've given my wife and I through our home buying process is beyond what I could have expected or have ever experienced with other realtors. We first met Christina & Dontcher in 2022. Our experience with them at the time was routine and uncomplicated, but excellent. The details aren't super important and other reviewers have noted their strengths well enough: they are super responsive, well networked, they give thoughtful and strong guidance, they are re not pushy, they advocate strongly for their clients, etc. Excellent all around and deserving of 5 stars. But where they've really gone above and beyond has been over the past couple months. Based on our previous experience, we reached out to Christina and Dontcher again to tour a property, and we're super glad we did. We ended up loving the home, and put in an offer that night. Unlike our first experience, this situation was more complicated. First, we were travelling across Europe during escrow. As it turns out, Christina and Dontcher are immediately responsive across EU Timezones, as well. Second, I had a somewhat complicated issue arise during financing that was very difficult to take care of while abroad. Christina and Dontcher helped me arrive at a solution and coordinated with a lawyer across the country to take care of things. Third, the amount of support they've offered us with any issues that arise with our home well after closing has been phenomenal. They remain as responsive as ever, as ferocious advocates as ever, and have been simply invaluable. Without going into too many details, we'd be lost without them and are incredibly grateful. When we first met Christina, we were buying a unit in a building where she was the selling agent. Right away, we were impressed with her knowledge and professionalism, and got along better with her than our own agent (we had actually had more than one agent, because not one of them provided well rounded service). After that transaction, we stayed in touch and when we felt ready for our next move, we didn’t hesitate to partner with Christina. Her experience both personally and professionally met our needs - she took time to understand what we were considering for our next home, knowing we had a little one and there is more at stake. She took time to educate us on neighborhoods, show us what our budget could get us, and helped us solidify our vision. When it came to listing, selling and buying, I can’t say enough how impressed I was with her methodology - she is strategic and honest, doesn’t waste time and pivots when needed. One thing that really stood out to us is Christina’s work ethic - it is phenomenal! She’s also extremely connected, which brought immediate attraction and traffic to our unit. She held open houses every weekend for four weeks and had a showing almost every day during the week - sometimes multiple showings a day. Whether buying or selling, the process can be stressful, but we knew were in great hands. To note, our sale finalized during the COVID-19 outbreak and it still went through without a hitch.
