Our experience of buying a new home with Christina & Dontcher is simply put, amazing! As first time home buyers they always take the time to explain and educate us on every single detail through the process. They are always available for us, and in person to show us homes. What really shines is their communication. Christina was able to gave expert suggestions on the offer with her years of experience and excellent communication with the sellers’ agent, and helped us win the bid for our dream home! Dontcher was able to iron out many kinks during escrow like loan contingency extension, warranty repairs etc. just because he is always in great communication with the sellers. They also work with fantastic partners, like Cynthia from Citibank, who helped us with our loan and make everything so so much easier. Christina and Dontcher really go above and beyond to make it a great home buying experience. They also don’t just stop there, they even helped us find contractors for remodeling and walk us through the process too. Having gone through this once now, we can really appreciate everything they’ve done for us, and how important it is to have good agents! We wouldn’t even want to think about how we would deal without them. All that said, I highly recommend working with them for your next search!

We were referred to Christina and Dontcher by my niece when she purchased her first home. Given we live 350 miles away, we first met up over virtual meeting. The meet and greet gave us great comfort and trust feeling in them. A week later, when we met in person, we were so impressed by how organized and prepared of their home listing planning. Christina and Dontcher are extraordinary. The amount of support they've given my wife and I through our home buying process is beyond what I could have expected or have ever experienced with other realtors. We first met Christina & Dontcher in 2022. Our experience with them at the time was routine and uncomplicated, but excellent. The details aren't super important and other reviewers have noted their strengths well enough: they are super responsive, well networked, they give thoughtful and strong guidance, they are re not pushy, they advocate strongly for their clients, etc. Excellent all around and deserving of 5 stars. But where they've really gone above and beyond has been over the past couple months. Based on our previous experience, we reached out to Christina and Dontcher again to tour a property, and we're super glad we did. We ended up loving the home, and put in an offer that night. Unlike our first experience, this situation was more complicated. First, we were travelling across Europe during escrow. As it turns out, Christina and Dontcher are immediately responsive across EU Timezones, as well. Second, I had a somewhat complicated issue arise during financing that was very difficult to take care of while abroad. Christina and Dontcher helped me arrive at a solution and coordinated with a lawyer across the country to take care of things. Third, the amount of support they've offered us with any issues that arise with our home well after closing has been phenomenal. They remain as responsive as ever, as ferocious advocates as ever, and have been simply invaluable. Without going into too many details, we'd be lost without them and are incredibly grateful. Christina and Dontcher will get all of my business and any business I can possibly send their way in the future.
